11. Returns and Refunds Policy
11.1 For all access and paid memberships, you must cancel your membership from your user profile on the Circle platform.
11.2 All sales for programs are final. This includes AMSE All Access membership, the Build Your Business the AMSE Way Course, the AMSE Military Spouse Entrepreneur Conference, and additional courses, programs, and events.
12. Indemnification
Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Client, its affiliated companies and its respective employees, officers, directors, trustees and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, suits, actions, liabilities, obligations, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) which they suffer as a result of (i) the negligence or intentional misconduct of Contractor; (ii) Contractor’s breach of any provision of this Agreement (including any representation or warranty); (iii) information, statements or materials (including any claims relating to intellectual property rights therein), prepared or provided by Contractor including, without limitation, any claims of infringement or misappropriation of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary right, infringement of the rights of privacy or publicity, or defamation or libel; or (iv) product liability or death, personal injury or property damage arising out of, or relating to, Contractor’s products or services. Client shall have the right, but not the obligation, to participate in the defense of any such actions with the counsel of its choosing.

Google Analytics: this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but Google Analytics captures no other personal information.
Convertkit: this service is used to deliver email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address to deliver such communications.
Circle: this service is where the membership dashboard and resources are hosted.
Airtable: this service is used to apply to become part of the AMSE™ membership.
At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion.
Credit Card Data
We do not collect or store your full credit card information when you make a payment online. All credit card transactions are processed securely through PayPal and or Stripe, and at no point does the AMSE Agency® receive your full credit card information or store this. Therefore, your card information is completely secure and protected by PayPal and or Stripe and none of our employees have any access to your full credit card number, payment platform profile, or security code whatsoever.
Data Security
We have put in place security measures to prevent your data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization. We also allow access to your data only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential.
We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.

Affiliate partnership: a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales or visits for purposes of commissions.
Newsletters: On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels.
