This agreement is between the user of this Website (hereinafter "Website," referring to www.amseagency.com) and the Association of Military Spouse Entrepreneurs (AMSE Agency®). 11. Returns and Refunds Policy
11.1 For all access and paid memberships, you must cancel your membership directly from your user profile on the Circle platform.
11.2 All sales for programs are final. This includes AMSE All Access membership, the Build Your Business the AMSE Way Course, the AMSE Military Spouse Entrepreneur Conference, and all additional courses, programs, and events.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AMSE Agency®, its affiliated companies, and its respective employees, officers, directors, trustees, and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, suits, actions, liabilities, obligations, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your negligence or intentional misconduct; (ii) your breach of any provision of this Agreement; (iii) information, statements, or materials you provide, including intellectual property claims; or (iv) any product liability or personal injury arising out of your use of our services.
